Emmanuel is the son of Eloisa Kern of Wanaque, New Jersey. The bride-elect is a graduate of North Tama High School, University of Iowa, and Bloomsburg University, PA, and is a teacher at the New York School for the Deaf, White Plains, NY. The groom-elect is a graduate of Weatherly Area High School, Weatherly, PA, and Stetson University, DeLand, FL, and is employed as a Software Engineer at Siemens, Tarrytown, NY. A July wedding is planned.
