Cizek and Hintz exchange vows

Cara Lynn Cizek and Brian Lee Hintz were united in marriage on September 12 in Cedar Falls. Parents of the couple are Jeff and Lynn Cizek of Traer and Garry and Linnea Hintz of Sac City. Grandparents are Lillian Wessels of Farley and the late James Wessels and Ellsworth and Marlys Cizek of Traer.
Officiant Tim Boettger performed the 4:30 pm ceremony at Orchard Hill in Cedar Falls. Maid of honor was Kelli Wessels of Dyersville, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kelly Steimel of Waterloo, friend of the couple, Nicole Kumpf of Waterloo, sister of the groom, Jennifer Suggitt of Lincoln, Neb. friend of the couple and Rachel Dengler of Cedar Falls, Friend of the bride.
Flower girl were Mackenzie Wessels of Dyersville, cousin of the bride and Elexis Steimel of Waterloo, friend of the couple.
Best man was Camden Suggitt of Lincoln, Neb., friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Brent Bierstedt of Des Moines, friend of the groom, Chris Kumpf of Waterloo, Brother in law of the groom, Bryant Cizek of Cedar Falls, brother of the bride and Tyler Cizek, bother of the bride.
Ring bearer was James Bonifas of Dubuque, cousin of the bride. Seating guests were James Santee, Jim McGreevy and Luke Backstrom, friends of the couple and Matthew Wessels, cousin of the bride.
Personal attendants for the bride were Kathy Backstrom and Tammy Santee, friends of the couple. Hosts for the dinner dance reception which was held at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center in Waterloo were Pat and Brenda Wessels and Lester and Denise Wolfgram, aunts and uncles of the couple.
The bride is a University of Northern Iowa graduate and is presently a loan officer for Veridan Credit Union at UNI. The groom is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and is an assistant systems administrator for Waterloo Community Schools. The couple reside in Waterloo.
