Joe Pokorny and Amber Freeman are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding in February. Parents of the couple are Dianne Pokorny and the late Lester Pokorny of Clutier, and Ron & Tish Grassi of Coralville.

The groom-to-be is employed by BWI in Dysart. The bride-to-be is the office manager of Work Cars in Iowa City.

Vows will be exchanged at 3:00pm on Friday, February 25, 2011 at the Flamingo Hotel’s Gazebo Chapel in Las Vegas. A reception will be held the following weekend at 4:00pm on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Traer Memorial Building.
