Roberts and Adam exchange vows

Laurie Susan Roberts and Gaylen John Adam were united in marriage August 20th, 2010 at 1:00 pm in the Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel, Las Vegas, Nev., by the Rev J.O. Frehner. They were attended by the grooms sister and brother and their spouses, Kevin and Vicki Pecenka, Traer and Ron and Deb Adam, Lovland, Colo. The two couples honored the bride and groom with a wedding dinner at the Paris Mon Ami Gabi Bristo in the late afternoon. The wedding party enjoyed the celebration of “Love” by Cirque de Soleil at the Mirage in the evening.

Parents of the couple are Jim and Judy Scott of Nichols, IA and the late Richard Scott. Dorothy Adam of Clutier, and the late Edward Adam.

A welcome home Vegas themed wedding reception hosted by the brides family was held at the Red Haw Shelter in Kent Park on Saturday September 11, 2010. The couple will reside at 4613 Naples Ave SW, Iowa City, IA 52240.
