The Tama County Museum, Toledo, has now reopened after the winter break. Volunteers can show you the historical displays and the log cabin, or get you started on researching your family tree even if your ancestors did not live in Tama County. Stop by any afternoon, Tuesday through Saturday.

The first meeting of the Tama County Historical and Genealogical Society will be Wednesday, March 6 at 7 p.m. Heath Kellogg will be the featured speaker, discussing economic development and giving us an update on goals, projects, and events in the area. The public is welcome to join us for an informative evening, followed by social time with light refreshments.
