Ruth Rasmussen will be celebrating her 90th birthday on December 1. She was married to Cecil Rasmussen on December 1, 1945. He passed away in June of 2010. A daughter, Peggy McNeill, also passed away in January of 2010. She has four grandchildren living and one that has passed; 18 great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
