TWO MORE WEEKS OF REGULAR STORY TIME
We announced last week that story time would be over for the school year – but due to wild demand we wil l meet 2 more times in May – May 13 and May 20. We will not meet on May 27 and then in June we will begin a scaled down story time held throughout June and July.

Thank you to Sharon & Hannah Kern for the program on Food Preservation they presented last week – it was an excellent program, I am still hearing people talking about it.
REX MCKEE CONTINUES WITH FOUNDATIONAL MEDICINE
On Monday June 1 at 1:30 PM Rex McKee will return to the Living Well class for continued discussion on Foundation Medicine. He has made many references to the book “The Disease Delusion” by Jeffre y Bland. We have the book and I see it is currently in, so stop by if you would like to read it before Rex’s next program.
SUMMER READING PROGRAMS FOR K-6 IN JUNE
Wednesday, June 3 at 1:00 PM – the Hanson Family Jugglers. Mark Hanson, a two-time Guinness World Record holder for speed juggling and his national unicycle champion daughter Christa along with the rest of the family will be bringing their talents to the library. After the 45 minutes show, kids will be invited to learn how to juggle.
Wednesday, June 10 at 1:00 PM – Snakes Alive. Herpetologist Thomas Kessenich and his snakes. He will talk about all that snakes have to offer and kids will get to spend some time with the reptiles.
Wednesday, June 17 at 1:00PM – Grout Museum with Superhero Science. Discover the Science of Superheros. Learn about flight, x-rays and get up close and personal with the animal that gave Peter Parker Super Powers.
Wednesday, June 24 at 1:00PM – Balloon Artist Rick Brammer. Magician Rick Brammer returns this year, this time bring his balloon show.
