Joshua Joseph Spragg and Haley Rachel Peters are announcing their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Parents of the couple are Tom & Cheryl Spragg of La Porte City and Jeff & Shelley Peters of Dysart.
The bride-to-be is employed by the North Cedar Community School District as a Title One Reading teacher, and the groom is a driller at Terracon in Cedar Rapids.
Vows will be exchanged at 4 p.m. on October 15, 2016 at the Dysart Community Building with a dinner reception and dance to follow.
