Ida Kosnar will celebrate her milestone 100th birthday on September 13.

In her honor, an open house will be held on Sunday, September 18 at the North Tama Activity Center, 212 N. Main St., Traer, IA 50675 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.

She has three daughters: Barbara (Tom) Merchant of Vinton, Iowa; Marilyn (Jon) Nagel of Campbell, California; and Kathleen (Dale) Suhr – deceased.

She has six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
