Ken & Barbara Strohbehn, rural Gladbrook, were united in marriage on September 20, 1957, at Geneseo United Methodist Church near Buckingham, Iowa.

They have lived and farmed in Tama County all of their lives.

Ken and Barbara are the parents of five children.

Scott, (wife-Jennifer) of rural Traer, Iowa

Grant (wife-Susan) of rural Gladbrook, Iowa.

Noel of Knoxville, Iowa.

Shawn of rural Gladbrook, Iowa, and David, (wife-Sandra) at Polk City, Iowa.

They have been blessed with eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The grandchildren and four spouses are: Wesley (wife-Anna), Kelli (husband-Kevin), Brianna and Brandon, Megan (husband-Kevin), Lindsey (husband-Dr. Jared) and Jacob.

The great grandchildren are; Landon, Levi, and Clara.
