Saturday, December 9 from 10am – 11:30am is the date and time of the Clutier Public Library’s annual Cookie Exchange. We have had this activity for the last few years and it has been well received. How it works: Bring a plate of any kind of Christmas goodie to the library. Exchange each item you bring for a like number of anything you choose that someone else has brought in. If you want to share your recipe, be sure to bring it and we will make copies to hand out. Come on in and have a fun morning and visit with your friends and neighbors over a cup of coffee or apple cider.

New adult hardcovers in November include: Every Breath You Take by Mary Higgins Clark and Alafair Burke, The Midnight Line by Lee Child, Hardcore Twenty-Four by Janet Evanovich, End Game by David Baldacci, and The People vs. Alex Cross by James Patterson.

New books for the school kids and young adults include: The Book of Dust by Philip Pullman, The Silver Mask by Holly Black and Cassandra Clare, Wonder by R. J. Palacio, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid – The Getaway by Jeff Kinney.

Just a reminder: If school is closed for inclement weather the Clutier Public Library will also be closed.
