UMS Students learn Etiquette Meal

Three Union Middle School eighth grade students had a chance to practice their fine dining skills on Monday, May 17. For the past few weeks during their PAL or homeroom time, they have been learning the ins and outs of etiquette. Things they learned included which silverware pieces to use, what to do with food served that they didn’t care to eat, what to do with the foil on a baked potato, and cutting one bite of food at a time. The students were served their meals by students from Mrs. Long’s Restaurant Entrepreneurship class.
