Wolff, Mehlert crowned Union Homecoming Royalty; Cibula, Allen crowned for North Tama

AREA – Last Friday, both Union and North Tama high schools crowned this year’s Homecoming Royalty. Queen Willa Wolff and King Coy Mehlert were crowned during a coronation ceremony held that afternoon in the high school gymnasium in La Porte City. In tandem Friday afternoon, King Brayton Cibula was crowned by North Tama during a pep rally in the district’s main gymnasium in Traer. Later that evening, during halftime of Redhawk football’s game with Collins-Maxwell, Queen Isa Allen was crowned.
