TOLEDO – At the Monday, July 31 Tama County Board of Supervisors meeting, Supervisor Curt Hilmer had the reins.
The usual master of the meetings, supervisor Bill Faircloth, was out of the office, telecommuting via telephone. Hilmer made the most of his time as the big kahuna. The only hiccup in his leadership was having to be constantly reminded to vote on the agenda items – rather than just approve them – by fellow supervisor Dan Anderson.
