TRAER – Descendants of Robert Granger gathered at the Taylor Park Shelter House in Traer, Iowa on Sunday, June 23, for a reunion. Forty-seven guests were in attendance. Family members came from North Carolina, Kansas, and Iowa to join the lunchtime potluck with pork burgers.
The youngest Granger family member was Olivia Stoakes, age 4, of rural Dysart. Olivia is the daughter of John and Dawn Stoakes. Our wisest family member was Carol Bruene, age 87, of Traer.
The next Granger Reunion will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Taylor Park in Traer.
