The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Tama County will take place on Saturday, June 3 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Dysart City Park, 602 Sherman St., Dysart, Iowa. Join local volunteers and participants as we celebrate cancer survivors, remember those lost to the disease, and take action to save more lives from cancer. The Relay registration will begin at 5:00 with the opening welcome ceremony at 6:00 which includes a special Survivors Lap, Caregivers Lap, and every one participating in laps. There will be several events taking place with a raffle drawing, silent auction, band, entertainment, and food for enjoyment. The luminaria and closing ceremony will be at 9:00.
