More than 40 carts lined Main Street for the third annual Dysart Golf Car Cruise on Thursday.

The third annual Golf Car Cruise was held this past Thursday on August 13th. This event is sponsored by the Dysart DDC and the Dysart Blue Hats. The event continues to grow annually with over double the number of carts this year than in past years. There were over 40 carts in the cruise this year.

People lined up on Main street and enjoyed conversation, popcorn, and music. Once everyone had arrived the cruise was ready to take off! As in years past the cruise goes all through out town and starts and ends on Main Street.

Door prizes were award and the top two winners were Rich Wauter and Jane Kaiser. Each of them received a gift certificate to Young’s Golf Cart for repair or maintenance. The following winners also received a gift of Dysart Dollars: Curt Hansen, Claudette Gumbert, Robyn Schlotterback, Roger Roseke, Maddie Sparks, Julie Schmidt, Paul Corkery, John Goodwin, Mandy Brown, and Enid Young.
