One of the first-place plaques given to the winners of the boys 4×8 race in honor of the late Rich Behrens during the 2026 REB Relays held Friday, May 1, at Union Stadium in La Porte City. Vinton-Shellsburg won the boys’ race, while Union won the girls’ race.
